OUR HISTORY

Our company was originally licensed as Barry & Barry Builders in 1992. We incorporated in 2004 and were issued a new license as Barrybuilt Corporation. Servicing a large area from Pasadena to Santa Monica, and from Manhattan Beach to Chatsworth including all of Los Angeles County and the beautiful Westside.  Fredric James Barry, President of Barrybuilt, is a graduate of UCLA, and a California State Licensed General Building Contractor for over 20 years. We are very proud of our perfect record, never having had a complaint filed at the State Contractor's License Board. We take excellent care of our clients. We really do care! We finish your job with pride.

OUR SERVICES

We build custom residential homes and condominiums; perform one story and two story additions and remodeling with a flair for design. We build and remodel businesses and restaurants as well. We offer a full design build service to make your personal dream vision a wonderful and thoroughly enjoyable space. We can work on a tight budget or assist you in creating the perfect environment using the latest technology and design incorporated into your project.

OUR LICENSING AND INSURANCE PROTECTION

We are licensed and bonded in the State of California, our license number is 843112. Barrybuilt and our clients are protected by $1,000,000.00 worker's compensation insurance and $2,000,000.00 liability insurance.  

OUR PROJECTS

Barrybuilt has performed construction services year after year mainly for the hard working general public. Additionally, we have had high profile clients including; law firms, award winning architects, well known celebrities, developers, and business owners.  We have been fortunate to have built the highest quality homes and multifamily condos in Santa Monica near the beach, luxury offices, fire-proof offices in airport hangers, custom built homes for individuals and remodels of all kinds. We have remodeled hundreds of single family houses and enjoyed servicing a diversified clientele with our main focus being residential remodeling, custom kitchen and baths remodeling, residential additions, and tenant improvements.

Over the years, our company, Barrybuilt Corporation, has put together our own staff of hard working journeyman, and a team of well qualified sub contractor's to assist us in their specialized fields.
